The vision behind Empire Pizza was deeply personal. The owners — a passionate couple — dreamed of building an “empire of their own,” starting with their first step: a New York–style pizzeria in Aali, Bahrain. Their mission was simple yet bold: to create a neighborhood spot that felt authentic, welcoming, and true to their identity. Trusting us fully, they gave us their vision and the freedom to translate it into a space that could embody both their story and their future ambitions.
We responded to this trust by designing an interior that reflected the couple’s boldness, warmth, and approachable character. Inspired by Tacombi-style aesthetics, the space balances vintage charm with practicality: bold colors, functional furniture, and clean layouts ensure the pizzeria feels vibrant yet easy to navigate. Every detail — from vintage-inspired elements to the overall flow — was carefully chosen to create an environment that’s both engaging for customers and a true reflection of Empire Pizza’s identity.
The result went beyond expectations. Empire Pizza has become a favorite go-to spot in Aali, celebrated not just for its incredible pizzas but also for its atmosphere. The design complements the food and vibe perfectly, creating a place people love to return to. For us, the most rewarding outcome was hearing the heartfelt feedback from the couple — they loved working with us and felt the space truly represented them. Their words reminded us why we do what we do: creating designs that bring people’s visions, dreams, and identities to life.
