    INTERIOR BRANDING DESIGN

    Project Overview

    Al Sikka is Riffa’s newest destination for shawarma, grills, and more—a space where traditional street food culture meets a modern twist. The vision was to create a brand and interior identity that celebrated the raw, energetic spirit of street life while presenting it through a fresh, contemporary lens. 

    Our Approach

    Guided by the name “Al Sikka” (السكة), meaning pathway or street, we drew inspiration from the vibrancy and spontaneity of street culture. The branding blends bold colors, intricate patterns, and irregular, unorganized elements to mirror the randomness and energy found in street life. For the interiors, we carried this energy into the physical space, merging nostalgia with modern aesthetics—creating a setting that feels both rooted in tradition and refreshed for today’s audience. Playful cultural touches, such as the use of “السكينة,” were incorporated into the interiors to add personality and familiarity, making the space approachable and fun. 

    Outcome

    The final identity and interior design offer a dynamic and immersive dining experience. Al Sikka now stands as a vibrant hub where the flavors of authentic street food are paired with a brand and environment that reflect its cultural roots, yet appeal to contemporary sensibilities. The result is a concept that feels energetic, welcoming, and unmistakably unique to Riffa.
